The Breakthrough Prize Foundation awarded the second annual Breakthrough Prize in Mathematics to Ian Agol of the University of California, Berkeley, for his work in geometric topology, which completed a revolution in the field that began more than 30 years ago. Found this box by the trash, it is full of wonderful, crazy illustrations from the 40's and 50's. Clearly something happened to this guy that was very memorable. It measures roughly 29" by 38" and almost all the drawings are very large. See all the images at: imgur.com/a/uCSg1
