Theodore Roosevelt Riding a Velociraptor at Raptor Ranch, 1903 - This portrait was taken less than an hour before Teddy Roosevelt's famous incident at Raptor Ranch, Montana, when the velociraptor shown here became spooked by a rattlesnake and turned on the President. Amazingly, Teddy was not only able to subdue his vicious mount with one punch to its throat, he also personally rounded up an entire herd of stampeding raptors with nothing but a 30 foot length of rope and two chemical flares. Original, hand signed print by Will von Dehl, 11" x 14".
The print(s) you purchase will be of the image you select, but the presentation frame shown is not included - you will receive the print only. Every piece is a black and white print of an original work of art printed on acid-free, 100% cotton rag, 90 lb. stock.
A standard 16" x 20" frame with a pre-cut mat with an opening of 10.5" x 13.5" will fit it nicely - I suggest a wide, chunky black frame with a cream white mat to accent the print best.
Each of our prints are creatively designed and printed in our studio and shipped with care in sturdy cardboard tubes.
